Terms of use

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern the use of platform.dialspot.ai (the “Platform”), the space reserved for Dialspot's client properties. Accepting them is a prerequisite for using the service.

1. Publisher and purpose

The Platform is published by Dialspot, represented by Grégoire Chouteau, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.

It enables a hotel property to manage conversational agents (email and voice) and the associated automations: activity monitoring, conversation history, performance indicators, and the connection of its own tools — including its Microsoft Outlook mailbox.

2. Access and accounts

Access is reserved for client properties. Accounts are created or provisioned by Dialspot for the benefit of the property, which designates the people authorised to log in.

3. Mailbox connection

Connecting an Outlook mailbox is done through Microsoft's consent mechanism. By granting it, the property allows Dialspot to read incoming messages, prepare replies to them, and send them from that mailbox.

4. Expected use

The property agrees not to use the Platform to:

5. Role of automated replies

Replies proposed by the agent are generated automatically. They are an aid to guest relations and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The property remains responsible for the messages sent from its mailbox, as well as for the commercial commitments they contain (rates, availability, sales conditions).

6. Availability and changes

Dialspot uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party providers (Microsoft, hosting providers, automation vendors) whose unavailability may affect certain features.

The Platform evolves: features may be added, changed or removed. Substantial changes to these terms are brought to the property's attention.

7. Liability

Dialspot's liability may only be engaged in the event of a proven breach of its obligations, and is limited to direct damages. It is excluded in the event of use that does not comply with these terms, acts of third parties, or failure of an external service.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, its interface and its trademarks remain the property of Dialspot. The property's data, as well as the content of its exchanges with its guests, remain its exclusive property.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of Dialspot's registered office.
